TIMBERLAKE RANCH AND LANDOWNER DEMOGRAPHICS
Timberlake Rnach covers approximately 7,000 acres in Cibola and McKinley counties. It is nestled in a valley surrounded by the Cibola National Forest (342,000 acres.) There are five subdivisions: Cloh Chin Toh, Timberlake (Cibola) Unit 1, Timberlake (Cibola) Unit 2, McKinely Units 1-10, and Timberlake South with a total of 743 lots varying in size from five to fourteen acres, the majority being just over 5 acres in size.

Commond Land:
There are five pacels of common land in Cibola County covering 333 acres. They include the following:
- the Horse Pasture;
- a 100-foot narrow strip of land running north of the Horse Pasture;
- a small strip of land (Fleld of Stream) running along Cliffshore Drive;
- Lot 74 in Cloh Chin Toh; and
- the TCC Ranch House and surround acerage
In McKinley County there are nine parcels of common land totaling 894 acres. They are:
- land on the north and south sides of Ramah Lake;
- the strip of land on which the bathouse sits running north and south; and
- a parcel along the cliffs to the west of the bathouse.
Landowners and Residences:

As of May 2009, Timberlake landowners reside in 27 states and two foreign countires (Canada and Switzerland.) The top three states landowners come from are Arizona (42%), followed by New Mexico (35%), and then California (9%). As of March 2010, there are 142 homes in Timberlake. Of these, 5 homes are under construction, 67 belong to full-time residents, 22 are owned by part-time residents, and 39 are considered recreational. Nine homes are currently for sale.
