NEWS
MEXICO FARMERS' MARKETS is an excellent source of information about farmers'
markets throughout New Mexico. Native
Seeds/SEARCH is a nonprofit conservation organization based in
Tucson, Arizona. NS/S works to conserve, distribute and document the adapted and
diverse varieties of agricultural seed, their wild relatives and the role these
seeds play in cultures of the American Southwestern and northwest Mexico. Cooperative
Extension Service is the educational outreach arm of New
Mexico State University's College of Agriculture and Home Economics in Las Cruces.
Backed by state and federal funding, Extension truly is a cooperative effort between
the college and county governments throughout New Mexico. This site provides significant
resources on all aspects of agriculture in the State and has links to both Cibola
